Minimum 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
Experience in recruiting experience for IT industry
Experience in developing and executing talent pipe generation strategies with high quality talent
Proven consultative recruiting approach that allows for excellent positive partnerships with hiring managers along with negotiation and influencing skills
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social/ internet sourcing platforms for potential lead generation for hiring

Experience with full-cycle recruiting
