Detailed Job Description
Position Topcoder into the right large scale deals where there is no sell with function and work to maximize Topcoder revenue from same. Ensure these deals are properly managed in CRM and reported.
Drive enablement programs to increase the % of employees with Topcoder/crowdsourcing as skill - develop reporting on both the activities and impact of these programs. This will include general Topcoder/crowd enablement as well as Service Line specific offerings: Crowd First QA, Crowd First Analytics, Crowd First Digital.
Support Wipro Account sales and delivery teams to ensure realization of revenue by Topcoder.
Engage with Wipro BU and Account leaders acting as the Topcoder expert focused on the unique aspects of the Wipro-Topcoder relationship
Conduct Quarterly Reviews with joint Topcoder and Wipro leadership and assist Topcoder and Wipro management in monitoring progress towards strategic goals
Provide feedback to Topcoder colleagues and leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with Wipro teams
The ideal candidate is expected to have the right competency to fulfill the job requirements listed above
BA/BS in related field; MBA is a plus - or equivalent job experience.
While not a hard requirement, it is likely a candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years at Wipro. Experience working more for more than one of BUs, SLs, or GEOs is a significant plus.
Strong understanding of software development and digital design, experience with analytics or cognitive a plus
Be both strategic and tactical, always thinking about the implications each step a potential offering or project has on the larger relationship while ensuring account teams and project managers can deliver within their constraints of time, staffing and budget
Crowdsourcing methodology understanding is preferred, it is highly recommended that candidates research crowdsourcing, and in particular TopGear, during the interview process as they will be expected to quickly ramp up and start working in the field
Ability to create and meet joint solution and go-to-market strategies and tactical plans
The candidate is expected to have excellent soft skills like consultative behavior, business orientation and strong team spirit to collaborate with delivery, sales and customer teams with fluency in written and oral communication skills and ability to influence the right approach
