Perform market research and analyses the competitive landscape, in order to come up with a unique value proposition for the product.
BRD, FSD, Presentation skills, experience in creating UAT test case/ Business case development
Creating requirement documentation

Work in agile methodology and familiarize wit agile project works and deliverables
Experience Range : 2 to 6 years

Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of agreed requirements- verbally and in written form – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
Business Systems Analyst transforms client functional requirements into technical specifications
Manages and tracks status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; updates and refines as necessary
Aligning with various Business stakeholders to capture business requirements, prioritizing, refining into stories and deliver through dedicated Agile team.
Interact with project management, development and testing teams
Requirement analysis.
Should be strong in SDLC and AGILE.
Experience Range : 6 to 10 years
Business Analyst with good experience in roll out of end to end solutions
Develop and maintain working relationships with business stakeholders
Responsible for clearly articulating target business processes and the business requirements and functional design to enable change.
Work with the functional architecture team to determine the design of a solution, including screen design & usability to optimise business processes
Support development teams to ensure a solution meets its business requirements.
Support quality assurance teams to ensure a solution meets its business requirements.
Support change management and training teams to prepare business stakeholder for process and functional change.

Serve as functional lead on moderately complex to complex projects for assigned applications
