Detailed Job Description
To plan and manage direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Ace Micromatic group product range, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Roles & Responsibility
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, total solutions and timescales & periodic review of the same.
Maintain customers and prospect database.
Generate sales enquiries including making cold calls
Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate pre and post sales-technical & commercial assistance and solutions by interacting with TSG/CSD.
Generate leads for products and services offered by Tech Centre.
Follow up and Collect receivables and commercial documents against invoices.
Cover untapped area and customers for generation of new opportunities and orders. Assist in CSS data collection.
Adherence to ISO & CRM process. CRM- Account, Contact and opportunity creation and updation, Order lost, Daily sales call and Machine Payment updation.
Acquisition of Competitor Customer and creation/updation of competitor data base.
Co-ordination with other functional departments.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
Provide on job training to junior marketing team.
Secondary
Participate in Quality Systems Audits.
People Management:
Establish accountability and ownership towards achievement of deliverables against the plan
Responsible for management of direct reports which includes performance management and skill enhancement activities
Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to direct reports / team members in order
to achieve business results.
