Job Description
Overall Targets:
Technical Marketing of Netcracker BSS Solutions - Increase Market awareness and Influence relevant SDO activities with Netcracker Strategy, by:
Identify areas of Netcracker thought leadership and promote our footprint for BSS (focused Domains: Revenue Management, CRM, CPQ, CJM, Marketplace, Campaign Management; Channel Management, Partner Management, etc.)
Representing Netcracker in BSS Standardization Development Organizations (SDOs), such as: TMForum, MEF, 3GPP, etc. (The list can change depending on periodically revised priorities), to influence these SDOs areas with Netcrackers solution
Develop and deliver contributions to Standards on behalf of Netcracker
Participate in standardization proof-of-concept demo using Netcracker and partners solution, playing roles of business analyst and solution architect

Influence Netcracker Strategy for consideration of relevant SDOs Strategy, by:
Study and track the industry trends and SDO activities by communication with Operators representatives, Competitors, and Standardization experts. Communicate these activities with BSS Product Management
Support stakeholder teams (Product Development, Solution delivery, Sales) for Standardization activities and artefacts that customers ask
Active contribution to customer pre-sales and solution delivery projects, including solution architecture design.
Participate in standardization conformance certification for Netcrackers products
Core skills/knowledge:
12+ years of IT experience;
Strong knowledge of BSS domains and implementation/transformation practice (practical Solution development/implementation background is beneficial) with particular focus on the following domain:
Revenue Management (billing, charging, mediation, rating)
Customer Management Domain (Customer Care, Customer Support Management, Customer Experience and Relationship Management)
Sales and Marketing Management domain (Campaign management, Customer Chanel Management, Customer Journey Management, e-commerce/market place, Market Strategy and Analytics, Lead Identification and Management)
Product Lifecycle Management (Product/Offer Development, Product Catalog, Product Support and Readiness, Product Configuration Management, Product Performance Management)
Order Management (Order Capturing, Order Decomposition, E2E Fulfillment flow)
Engaged Party Management (Engaged Party Strategy and Planning, Party Engagement Development/Retirement, Party Support and Readiness, Party Interaction Management, Party Problem Handling)
Business Drivers, Industry Use Cases/Case studies and business process optimization for BSS
Strong knowledge and practical experience of Software development methodologies, BPMN, UML, XML, YANG, RESTful notations/guidelines and industry tools for modeling (Enterprise Architect, Papyrus are beneficial)
Creating technical specifications and architectural diagrams

Beneficial Knowledge:
Good knowledge for the existing industry SDOs for BSS (roles and responsibilities)
Knowledge of Telecoms Digital Transformation Best practices
Best practices and techniques for transformation of legacy BSS to cloud-native
Practical Knowledge of Cloud, IP, 5G, fixed and mobile technologies (practical background is beneficial)
Previous experience with Standardization bodies and project management of Standardization activities is beneficial
Knowledge and Practical experience for APIs development
Knowledge of Cloud/SDN/NFV management domain (practical background is beneficial):
