Detailed Job Description
Drives key metrics with partners regional leadership , operating teams and stores – Selection, In- stock, Must Have coverage, SWOOS, Order Defect Rate (ODR), C2S (Click to Ship) and outputs on GMS, AOV, UPOs
Runs governance and processes with regional teams on – Weekly/Monthly metrics review, promotion planning for buying cycle, art events, catalogue refresh, local marketing initiatives – BTL, Catchment activations.
Conducts store dive deeps/ workshops with partners regional teams and AMZN City operations team to establish scalable operational processes on ODR, C2S,Produce and perishables Quality Management, Catalogue defects, Backend store infrastructure to support Prime NOW Operations at scale
Gets a sign off from partners regional leadership for replication across stores.
Negotiates alignments with regional and store teams on initiatives to improve customer experience - coverage expansion, adding delivery slots and picker capacity in stores, new selection, and store launch.
Is the first point of contact for Amazon City operations and last mile team to drive partner alignments as per agreed SLAs.
Key internal stakeholders for this role are - Amazon city operations leaders for in store and last mile operations, centrally based program teams in onboarding , operational excellence, product, selection and marketing



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4-5 years experience in key accounts management, business development in FMCG/offline retail/ecommerce/management consulting.
Strong academic track record from top management institutes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven presentation skills, negotiation and influencing abilities to impact decision making at C-level executives.
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Detail-orientation.
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Team player
Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
Preferred Qualifications
A successful track record in Key a/c management in FMCG / offline retail /ecommerce management consulting is preferred.
