As an Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering activities in the respective field/area of specialization.

What we are looking for

Must-Have: A support engineer with knowledge on Genesys Framework, SIP infrastructure, Genesys Administrator, GAX, Genesys WDE.
Troubleshooting experience by investigating T-server logs, URS and Stat server logs.

Good to Have:SQL, Knowledge on Contact center application, PBX knowledge, Implementation knowledge

Responsibilities: Responsible for resolving tickets by engaging the relevant teams within SLA
Complete ownership of the tickets assigned and obtain the RCA/permanent resolution with vendors (if required)
Implementations to Production and validateE the application for BAU
Identify the pain areas in the architecture and suggest & implement the improvements
Good troubleshooting skills
Need to Handle Customer Communications and manage High severity ticket resolution over call

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education

Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
