Detailed Job Description
Tracking and Forecasting of Expense Line items and headcount for Consumer Organization
Gather and analyze data to solve problems and evaluate scenarios to make predictions on future outcomes and support decision making
Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large amounts of data facts, figures, and number crunching. Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data analysis
Designs, develops, and delivers financial/analytical solutions, resulting in decision support or models.
Critical Thinking Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
Provide insight on the goals, forecasts, and financial performance of individual business areas and the corporation
Create and enhance financial tools to make the clients financial decision - making more efficient and robust
Interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities
Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances,identifying trends; recommending actions.
Evaluate strategic initiatives or business opportunities including the related capital or technology requirements
Partner with clients to develop long-range goals, annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Communicate effectively with team and business partners to build relationships and present actionable and insightful recommendations
Skills Required:
Requires thorough working knowledge of finance, accounting and business analysis. Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field.
3-5 years of related practical experience supporting global stakeholders.
Strong Communication skills-both verbal and written.
Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems.
Consistently utilizes and applies advanced financial modeling, accounting, business and risk management skills.
Provides varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups or factories to drive the business decision-making process.
Plans and schedules own work to ensure the timely completion of interrelated to independent tasks and projects with very limited direction.
Provides input to management including department heads, operational managers, other departments, and senior management.
