Detailed Job Description
Accountable for delivering desirable products and representing the customer and stakeholders to ensure the Team is building the right product and therefore delivering the ROI expected of it
Define, rank and classify product backlog into innovations, must-haves, enablers, functional requirements (features), and non-functional like technical requirements (with architect), test cases (e.g. FIT), test automation (e.g. ABAP Units)
Discuss, verify and adjust customer needs to backlog ranking together with APOs/CPOs/Customer Office
Plan innovation topics in the backlog
Report the status and acts as the team‘s voice to the outside world
Accountable for creation of product-related non-coded assets: user documentation, SAP Notes, rollout and knowledge transfer material
Participate actively in test activities to ensure a proper product quality by simulating a customer; do freestyle tests
Takt deliverables to be accepted by product owner by dedicated test; accept user story before SAT
Define Definition of Done (DoD) criteria for Sprint/Takt and Backlog Items. Being responsible to meet DoD criteria
Collaborate closely with APO on backlog and roadmap; collaborate with development team on solution design and provide continued support throughout the development process

Team-up with SET colleagues to ensure content is an integrated part of the product
Be a customer contact for product features, product roadmap and support customer escalations if required. Additionally collect & incorporate feedback from customers

10+ years of experience in SAP domain areas

Degree (BTech/MBA/MCA/M.Sc.) in Computers/Electronics/Information Technology with distinction
Extensive exposure to SAP domains covering Materials Management (MM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics Execution (LE), Procurement process knowledge
Strong analytical skills and networking skills
Experience in being part of a large-scale / distributed software development projects across locations
Familiar with agile development methodology
Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and drive to make that vision a reality
Rich experience of requirement gathering and solution discussion with customer
Passion for products and its adoption
Strong business/functional inclination and ability to quickly grasp functional topics
Must have managed software deliveries by handling small teams of 8+ colleagues.
