Detailed Job Description
Plan, own and execute digital programs for demand generation and awareness in the country – across client and infrastructure solutions from Dell Technologies
- Own the Dell Technologies social engagement - building it as a natural extension to the outbound communication/engagement from the organization with the ecosystem
- Key stakeholder and co-owner of the Dell Technologies digital presence (website) in country
- Agency engagement and management – for all the digital programs in country
- Engage and build customer references and voices

- Natural and excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude, challenging him/herself always to raise the bar on performance
- Proven ability to work with in-country, APJ and global teams (internal and external)
- Responsible for key digital demand gen metrics including cost per lead, pipe on spend, revenue on spend etc. Ability to plan and execute in-quarter digital programs end to end. Also, the number of customer voices/references generated

- 12-15 years of marketing experience in a technology product company
- Familiarity and experience marketing to India customers and audiences
- Proven record of thinking out of the box and driving innovative solutions
- Self-starter on activities – taking ownership and leadership
