Detailed Job Description
The Inside Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and orchestrating the demand generation marketing motion for the Outbound motion of Dell EMC.

The role requires an individual to be able to work in fast paced environment and interlock with field marketing, sales and BU stakeholders in order to optimize the performance of the Inside sales marketing motion. The role is a regional role and covers APJ.

Core skills include stakeholder management, demand generation, marketing insights lead whilst driving operational rigor and cadence.

Manage the quarterly Outbound Play planning process, owning campaign design together with Regional BU leads across ISG & CSG lines of business.

Work with Country Marketing, Regional Marketing & Regional BU teams to define upcoming campaign / line of business priorities and align on specific campaign criteria designed to deliver on strategic priorities.

Support driving the end to end quarterly Outbound process together with Regional Customer Targeting Team.

Review quarterly performance and share with relevant stakeholders including insights and trends.

Drive continuous improvement and refinement of plays to optimize strategic value to the business.

Cascade quarterly Outbound guidance to Country Marketing Teams.

Manage ad hoc campaign requests that fall outside of the Regional timeline and ensure alignment to strategic objectives.

Coordinate communication and collaboration between Regional and Country stakeholders.

Act as a key POC for stakeholder feedback and drive process improvements.

Coordinate quarterly creation / update of Sales Talking Points across all campaigns working with Regional BU and Campaign teams. Integrate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve content.

Focus on lead quality, ensuring relevant dynamic account data is available to support Sales follow up.

Educate stakeholders on the Outbound process and value proposition.

Conduct regular interlocks with Senior Sales and BU stakeholders to ensure continued awareness and alignment.
