Detailed Job Description
This role requires agent/AC to call the leads assigned to them of students
from India & counsel to enroll to course, that will help student to excel
their academics.
Lead Nurturing - Engage in sending persuasive mails and converts leads to deals.
Email Campaigns
Pre-Sales Activities-Strategic Planning, Branding
Payment Procedure - Account Management- Ensure all payments are periodically done
Post SalesActivities - Follow up and Grievances Handling.
Conduct Promotional events - Outdoor Activities to acquaint potential customers & persuade them to benefits from educational service of Vedantu. - Indoor Activities - Conducting different campaigns by closely working with the marketing team to drive in more traffic and see how the campaigns impacts the sales or expand the revenue.
Surpassed the expected conversation rate each month and consistently achieved the highest conversion rate in the team.
